Shipping/Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement during business days. For orders within the UK, the normal delivery time is 2-3 business days. For International orders, delivery times may range from 6-15 business days, depending on the country of residence.

It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that the shipping address you provide when placing the order is accurate. I cannot be held liable for any delays outside of my control, such as unexpected events during shipment transit. Customs or import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charges. I suggest customers contact your local customs office for an estimation of any possible additional charges prior to confirming their order.
